SATURDAY CRITTERS

Tux decides to lie next to me this morning  🌄  as I try to wake up, functional at least for this morning's coffee time. This is a rare occasion. Usually, he hops on the bed to meet his minimal requirement of rubs, then hops down. I couldn't help but notice his button nose. Tux is my Saturday Critter for the day.

I wonder, "what Smokey is doing today"? I went outside and didn't see him. He is galivating

SOMEHOW, IT IS SATURDAY ALL OVER AGAIN!

About the time I sit down to write, something comes up and I lose my train of thought. Honestly, I lost where I was going with this post. Give me a minute while I attend to my stuff. I need to tend to...

Look who decided it was time for me to give up my seat. Tux did and that's okay. I need to go to bed anyway. Lately, writing in bed relaxes me like reading does. That's a plus. It's Caturday anyway. He is the boss. What am I saying, Tux is the boss everyday. Ha ha!

What did I do today? Its Saturday, of course I relaxed. I enjoyed cuddle time with my boys, and I ate. No major issues here. That's good. I tried to watch T.V. but I lose interest so fast with it. Crazy, huh? Oh, I contemplated exercise. I thought it would be a good idea to start moving more. Somehow,  I never got "aroundtuit". There goes that.

Monti has been sleeping on my pillow at night. He can fluctuate between sleeping with me and on the couch some nights. He on my pillow puts me right to sleep. The cute thing is his meow that almost sounds like a cry. He's spoiled. I know.

Smokey is my buddy. I see him running towards me in the morning, which makes my day. Although I question his gender. He could be a girl. I know the difference between a male and a female cat. Anyway, he is due for a vet visit. The vet can tell. Either way is fine.

I need to do my routine by taking a shower. I feel better before bed that way. I'll be back soon... I have writing to look forward to in a bit,

Monti tries to settle down on Mama's pillow after I take my bath. I plan to finish my blog post here. Reading in a good book sounds like a plan to drift off to sleep.

 Wednesday was a day to reflect; here is my prompt, which I didn't answer...

Next in line is Thursday, the day I cut the grass with the Cub Cadet. Or was that Wednesday? What day was it that I cut the grass? It was Thursday. However, I use the riding lawn mower instead of the push mower. I am thankful for a day that didn't have a heat advisory.

Then there is Friday; wasn't it just Tuesday? So today we got our haircuts. Yes, the three of us—me, David, and Zach—got haircuts. I believe getting ready is the hardest part of the process. I mean, once we were on the road, I felt as if I could breathe.

Let's redirect away from the last paragraph I wrote for this post today, which is Saturday. I am still trying to write a post that I started; I haven't written since Tuesday...ugh!. Do you ever feel as if you don't have time? Time to do stuff you want to check off your bucket list instead of obligations. Like, I want to watch a movie about a house, but first, I want to write a blog post. It's difficult to get into a show. At least finding one I enjoy sometimes gets tedious. I ramble on... Let's start again with this...

 It's Saturday today, like I said. So here I am, staring at my computer, typing on my keyboard. I missed a few word prompts this past week, which I answered throughout this blog post. But first, I need to get my husband started on his day, take our meds, and fix some coffee. How could I start a day without coffee?
