I believe it is people who are called to care about others but don't get things done for them that are helpless or need help who are the problem. Not the singers, movies, books, or substances that are considered banned by a certain group of people. Groups of people are set apart for a reason. They are not like the evil of this world, who seem non-caring. I believe our goal is to make people want to take a fresh breath instead of feeling doom and gloom. Also, it's heart-warming to hear the love of the released hostages and their families. There is love that demolishes evil strongholds in this world, too. Just my thoughts. My thoughts are random.

.I am not bragging, a lot of people cut the grass...but...It is amazing to me how many times I can look out over my lawn and smile with pride at the fact that I've cut the grass. Progress, that's the feeling I get from it. Life is all about the little things. Note to self: focus on the little things today.

 so I didn't do this in the Walmart cooler section

, featuring the latest Blue Bell ice cream flavors, but I sure did feel like it. Is it snowing yet? I'm ready for Fall, at least.

Like I was talking about earlier in my post, I love the produce and freezer section of Walmart. It's cold; my favorite temperature setting. My mom, however, tries to stay away from it. She is cold at the age of 78, and I am hot at the age of 51. Isn't life something? I love naps, cat cuddles, my blog, music, and reading. Oh and food. So much that I am on Wegovy for weight loss. But to digress, let's look at Pinterest for Tuesday funnies, then post some for a good laugh.

Random Tuesday Thoughts

 I was in the middle of working on my son's college application to the local community college. I've worked on filling the application, all but a plan of study, which is something my son and I will figure out later tonight. P.S. I have been asking FOR weeks now. Anyway, my husband, a stroke survivor, called me in the room to watch him do his exercises that help him gain strength. I am really proud that he sits on the deck some during the day. He asked me, "What are we having for supper?"

I haven't even thought about supper yet!

So that's where I am right now. Deep in thought, writing on my blog because I am discombobulated from filling out a college application, and also while wondering what we will have for supper.                        * PC Day -- no, not politically correct, personal computer; IBM introduced theirs this day in 1981, ( this one is my favorite fact of the day,https://messymimismeanderings.blogspot.com/2025/08/heart-of-gold-empty-wallet-random-and.html
