One day at a time. I have to remind myself of that when life is overwhelming. I spent yesterday on my WordPress site writing several blog posts. I'm not sure if I even turned the TV on for the noise. Quietness is what I craved. I get like that a lot. My goal at that time was to be in the moment. There is no one telling me I need to do this or that. At times, it's nice to meet my needs. Not being selfish. Only focus on me. My cats, too, of course, and writing. A life of solitude brings me joy.
