WORDLESS WEDNESDAY

Mama decided to drink her coffee outside this morning. She already gave me and Monti some treats. Mama filled our water bowls and our food bowl. She knows the two of us drink a lot of water. Mama says we need to drink water for our health. We usually try to drink some when she is looking. If I can see the bottom of my food bowl, then my mama must fill it right now in case I get famished. Ya never know. There could be a famine on cat food. That would be so awful. Mama is outside feeding Smokey. I can tell it's not raining right now, and it's sunny.

Mama would have that loud lawn mower going, but this morning she had an appointment to get her nails clipped. I don't know why she didn't do that when she was at the vet with Monti. Well, at least Mama is not vacuuming the floors. I run to hide when she does that. I'll probably take a nap at some point after I eat lunch today. Maybe chase my tail, too. I can't seem to ever catch that thing. All my well wishes for my furry friends and for the hoomans that like to kiss and cuddle with us. Have a good day.

Tux

For your eyes only- SIX SENTENCE STORY #2

There is no way that writers can be tamed and rendered civilized or even cured. The only solution known to science is to provide the patient with an isolation room, where he can endure the acute stages in private and where food can be poked into him with a stick.”
– Robert Heinlein

Good Grief, I told those in the room, the popcorn is not the reason we are losing our hair.

I turned my attention to the high-pitched scream coming from the object hanging from the ceiling.

HAPPY TUESDAY

Is it Tuesday already? Hey, this is Monti. My new meds really calm me down. I would get so stressed out that I would pee on stuff inside whenever I saw Smokey outside. Whoa, I can't seem to get used to that boy yet.

Mama didn't like cleaning up after me so much. She said pee stinks, which it smelled fine to me, but anyway. I told her I was meow-sorry, but she made me go to the doctor to see if anything was medically wrong. When I was there, I was initially scared by all the different animals I saw. Some were big. They didn't look like cats, and they smelled different from my brother, Tux. That's okay, though. I was a brave boy who eventually took a nap. The doctor was nice. She weighed me. I have gained a couple of pounds. Then she told me to pee, and she could get a sample (my mama taught me to be a gentleman, so I felt weird in front of those doctor ladies. Peeing wasn't hard cause I had been in the cat carrier for a long time. Boy, did I have to go. My pee was ok. Mama got flea meds for me. They even gave me a manicure and pedicure. Not like a girl, though. I didn't get them painted. Tux laughed at me when I got home. I told him not to laugh; he was to go to the doctor next. Hehehe!

Meow love,

Monti
